TCA is the gold standard for atrophic scarring. I would start with TCA peels though, not cross. Cross is super risky, evidently people get massive PIE from it which lasts up to a year. Plus the wound itself will take a while to heal (like a month.) It's very traumatic on the skin. It's probably better to start with something more gentle, like a 40% Lactic Acid peel and then move your way up to something like a TCA peel for the intense scaring. At home peels can be really safe and very effective if you spot test.
