Where are we located?
We are based in La Paloma, a coast town in Rocha Department, Uruguay, but we ship worldwide.
Which are the payment methods accepted?
We work internationally with Paypal and nationally with Mercado Pago, both accept credit cards.
We also accept bank and Western Union wires.
What shipping companies do we use?
We use Fedex for international shippings and Correo Uruguayo and Mitrans for national shippings.
How long it takes for the orders to be delivered?
Once the payment is placed, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Correo Uruguayo and Mitrans take around 2-4 business days to deliver nationally.
Fedex delivery time depends on the destination:

What happens if the received product is not what I expected?
Each product is double checked before shipping.

Can I change my product even if the one I got was correct?
In case of changing your mind and decide to get another color, design or product, you can always contact us and we will be happy to help and arrange the replacement. In this case the shipping will be in charge of the buyer.
What happens if the product I want is out of stock?
In case you are looking for a currently out of stock product, you can always contact us directly and we will inform when it will be re-stocked.
